12 Aug Former Congressional Candidate Turned Entrepreneur Nomiki Konst on the Future of Politics and Business
Like many entrepreneurs, Nomiki Konst’s background may not seem particularly linear on paper. From interning during Hillary Clinton’s 2000 Senatorial run and fundraising for the Obama campaign to founding the nonprofit organization Alliance Hollywood, Nomiki has managed to straddle the complicated and often misunderstood worlds of business and politics. In 2012, at only 28-years-old, she ran for House of Representatives in her hometown of Tucson, Arizona.
Today, Nomiki is the Co-founder and Executive Director of The Accountability Project—a nonprofit that investigates misconduct in politics and the private sector.
